ROGÉRIO DE MIRANDA TUBINO
Co-founder and coordinator of the area of Tax and Corporate Law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University Gama Filho – UGF, in Rio de Janeiro. Master in International Tax Law, Faculty of Economics, University of Rome “Tor Vergata” in Rome – Italy. Specialist in Tax Law by the Brazilian University Extension Center, in São Paulo. Specialist in Income Tax of Legal Entities by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo. Member of the Institute of Tax Research – IPT, and IT Director of this important institute. Member of the Legal Council of SBVC – Brazilian Society of Retail and Consumer Affairs since its founding.
Rogério works in the tax and corporate practices, with extensive experience in tax advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, due diligences, corporate and asset protection reorganizations, tax planning, international taxation, complex negotiations, leasing and financing of aircraft in Brazil and abroad.

CARLOS EDUARDO SARAIVA SUGUINO
Coordinator of the area Civil and Commercial Office in Sao Paulo. Graduated in Law from the Law School of São Bernardo do Campo. Post-Graduate in Civil Procedure at PUC – SP. Real Estate Law Center coordinator of the Committee on Youth Advocate of OAB / SP – years 2007 to 2010. Member of the Legal Council of SBVC – Brazilian Society of Retail and Consumer Affairs since its founding.
Carlos works in the practices of civil litigation, credit and assets recovery, contractual liability and consumer law, judicial recovery companies and bankruptcy proceedings. Carlos develops effective contractual arrangements and contractual structures in accordance with the intended transaction for its customers. Carlos also formats legal solutions and negotiates agreements that protect the interests of his clients.

SILVIA REGINA VARELLA GAMMARO
Coordinator of the labor area. Graduated in Law from Universidade Paulista – UNIP. Postgraduate in Labour Procedure by EPD – Paulista School of Law.
Silvia works in labor in litigation and preventive level, including giving advice on labor and social security practices. Manages outsourced legal departments by customers that have high demand for labor, in and out of São Paulo, including coordination and technical guidance to our network of corresponding lawyers in other Brazilian states.

MARCELO MARQUES DE QUEIROZ COSTA
Coordinator of the corporate practice, contracts and agribusiness. Marcelo is a lawyer specializing in business law, a graduate degree from Mackenzie University and an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and an International Executive MBA from Ohio University-USA. Member of the State Court of São Paulo (TJ / SP) – Mediator – exercise 2007 to 2008. Member of the Private Arbitral Tribunal South America – arbitrator – year 2008. Marcelo consolidated his professional experience in large companies such as São Paulo Alpargatas SA (Grupo Camargo Corrêa), Schincariol Group, Itamarati Group (plants Itamarati SA), having worked in the latter as Legal Manager of the entire conglomerate.
Marcelo works in the business practice, in the development and resolution of corporate affairs, concentrating experience in dealing with strategic and political issues. Wide performance in trade negotiations and banks, analysis and drafting of contracts in general, as well as instruments for regulating and formalizing covenants. Marcelo also developed important work in industrial property and intellectual and copyright. Marcelo is an expert in complex corporate matters, corporate reorganizations, due diligence, succession planning, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and also in the agribusiness, technology and biofuels fields.
